The new app update for the members app. Is still not fixed. I'm still having to uninstall it and reinstall it without updating it to use it.

Had the same problem here, tried the clearing of cache then both data and cache but didn't work,
went to play store searched for Samsung members and uninstalled then reinstalled, it's now working fine

It's the old version that is working not the updated one off the settings . I've done that a few times
