Seemingly out of nowhere, my S24U is refusing to connect to my mobile data.
I am able to make and receive both calls & SMS.

In a bid to solve the problem, I have:
1. Restarted the phone
2. Toggled airplane mode on & off, then restarted
3. Manually added the network (setting up ne APN, username, password etc)
4. Reset APN to default
5. Taken out & replaced sim card
6. Downgraded network option to 4G and below
7. Deactivated SIM in the SIM manager, switch phone off & on, then reactivated
8. Switched from SIM1 to SIM2

Despite all of this, trying to use the Internet is a miserable experience, full of "no Internet connection" messages & the buffering wheel of doom.

Does anyone have any other suggestions/also experiencing this?

I am experiencing very slow mobile data speeds. Trying to watch a video is painful even though it shows full bars and 4g.

In the town centre where I live I can really struggle to get a data connection with an O2 SIM on my S24U. But a Vodafone SIM in the same phone works well. Have you tried a SIM card from a different network to eliminate the phone? The other general thing it might be worth trying is clearing the cache partition

If it has just come out of the blue and was fine before, it might just be your network provider. I'd contact them and see what they suggest.

In your sim manager turn the sim off and then restart the phone and then go back into the sim manager and turn the sim back on and then see what happens @DR-

If this fails to help then eject the sim tray and put the sim card into the alternative sim slot to see if that helps.

There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Ah! I had forgotten to add the sim manager switching on/off to my list of efforts, thank you.

I hadn't tried changing to SIM2, and it worked unfortunately only temporarily, as I still had the 4G network option. Switching to 5G rendered me disconnected again, and switching back to 4G is not working 🥲.

I'll give the diagnostics a go 🫰🏾. Thank you!

Diagnostics says mobile network is all okay.
I ran the test on WiFi, as I can't access otherwise!

I'll try an EE sim later today as I'm surrounded by Vodafone users at present.
Could you point me in the direction of the cache partition please? I've searched cache in settings but it only brings up the keyboard

It might be a silly question, but is it turned on in the Quick panel? I've turned mine off in error; it's easily done.
