S24U S24 Ultra mobile data not connecting

Seemingly out of nowhere, my S24U is refusing to connect to my mobile data.
I am able to make and receive both calls & SMS.

In a bid to solve the problem, I have:
1. Restarted the phone
2. Toggled airplane mode on & off, then restarted
3. Manually added the network (setting up ne APN, username, password etc)
4. Reset APN to default
5. Taken out & replaced sim card
6. Downgraded network option to 4G and below
7. Deactivated SIM in the SIM manager, switch phone off & on, then reactivated 
8. Switched from SIM1 to SIM2 

Despite all of this, trying to use the Internet is a miserable experience, full of "no Internet connection" messages & the buffering wheel of doom.

Does anyone have any other suggestions/also experiencing this?

If you have a new phone case. Try removing it and see if that helps.
Some phone cases can affect the signal. Especially if it has a metal frame

Same as me turn off 5g network connection to Internet connection by restarting ur phone make sure 5g network is off

As it turns out, at around 3:30pm I got a text message from Vodafone saying I can now use their 5G Ultra network... turns out I can't, as that was stopping my usage of all and any mobile data!
Having that removed restored my mobile data functionality.

They reckon with either a software update on the Samsung side or an update on their side, it'll work itself out.

Thank you all for your help, and taking the time to suggest potential solutions ☺️

Got nothing to do with the phone case or cache or restarting the phone..

Use a sim card from another provider to rule out the network issue.. If issue remains then it's hardware related.. return it for a replacement.. good luck if you are outside cooling period.

I had the similar issue with S23.. Samsung Service Centre was hopeless as expected and I had to sell the phone because I was unable to connect when I was out and about

My S24 Ultra problem is normal mobile network and data not stable. Keeps going to emergency call. Please I need assistance.

I have this same problem.

I will have 3 bars and 4G and it will say no internet. I'm over Google-Fi as my carrier.

But with my note20 ultra, also on Google-Fi, one bar and everything short of analog would get me at least crawling connection to check email.

This is exactly what's happening to my new phone. S24 ultra. For 3 days I've had no data, followed the same advice and had nothing work.

Were you able to fix this? My husband is having the same, his sim works fine in his old Samsung but not working in the new s24

I can get it to connect to mobile data if I turn off wi-fi, turn on airplane mode, turn off airplane mode, turn on mobile data.  Works perfectly, then, but takes about 45 seconds.
