In your sim manager turn the sim off and then restart the phone and then go back into the sim manager and turn the sim back on and then see what happens @DR-
If this fails to help then eject the sim tray and put the sim card into the alternative sim slot to see if that helps.
There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

I hadn't tried changing to SIM2, and it worked unfortunately only temporarily, as I still had the 4G network option. Switching to 5G rendered me disconnected again, and switching back to 4G is not working 🥲.
I'll give the diagnostics a go 🫰🏾. Thank you!

Could you point me in the direction of the cache partition please? I've searched cache in settings but it only brings up the keyboard
