This either requires you to be in the right place at the right time, or requires some pre-planning, but this is beauty of having the camera on your phone, as its typically always on your person. If you see a reflection, whether in the water or in a window, simply open the Camera app, get it in frame, and tap the shutter button below the viewfinder. For the best results, make sure that '50M' is selected at the top of the screen.
