Hello,
I have tried three different cables (both Usb-c to Usb-c and otherwise) into two different ports on my HP Windows 10 laptop and the computer fails to recognise my S24+.
I have already gone into Developer mode to no avail.
When I attempt to switch to the connected device in USB settings I'm told that I can't switch.
I have literally been connecting phones to laptops for over two decades and I find this increasingly annoying.
Can someone please help me?

Hey @RichardB4
Have you tried using Samsung Flow? If not, please check out the following link for more information on this feature: https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/samsung-flow/

Thank you both for you help and apologies for the delay.
Yes, my phone is viewable on the Device Manager yet I still can't change my USB settings.
Autoblocker is not on and neither is Maximum protection.
It must be this stupid laptop.

I've updated the driver but it says that it already has the most recent update.

it also says that the Universal Serial Bus device is also updated.
