I got software update and started to get this issue, I have 2 sims 1 lyca and 2nd vodaphone india sim. I performed below steps and it worked for me
1. From the home screen, either swipe up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Reset network settings.
6. Select Reset settings.
7. Enter your screen lock PIN, Pattern or Password and select Next.
8. Select Reset Mobile Network (if you have 2 sims, reset them one by one)

Copied these instructions from another user, it worked for me . . .
1- Put the SIM back in the old phone
2- Went to the Access point settings in the old phone
3- Took screenshots of all the information about the Access point of my phone provider
4- Put the SIM back in the S24 Ultra
5- Went to Settings/Connections/Mobile Networks/Access Point Names
6- Created a new Access Point with all the information I had from the Older phone
And voila everything is working properly now! I Hope this helps!
