Hi All,
Could still see some people ending up with no solution to the issue and ending up missing this wonderful piece of machine. But if you go to sim tools and adjust the settings it worked for me. I Can give you an example. Simply go to sim tools I have Tesco as my service provider. Under sim tools go to when abroad select mode and under that try changing it to manual and it should work.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Falcon

I had the same issue after just receiving my brand new S24 ultra phone ( Love it !!! ) but I managed to fix it by following those simple steps :
Try to go to settings / connections / Sim manager.
Deactivate your SIM1 in the Sim cards section with the Toggle Button on the top and then... reactivate it right away . It will update automatically the preferred SIMs for Mobile Data with SIM1 selection ( which was left blank previously when I first inserted the SIM into my brand new phone ).
Now it all works well for me !
Good luck but hopefully that should work for you too !

I just bought the S24 Ultra today and was having exactly the same problem, so here were the steps I took to fix this problem:
1- Put the SIM back in the old phone
2- Went to the Access point settings in the old phone
3- Took screenshots of all the information about the Access point of my phone provider
4- Put the SIM back in the S24 Ultra
5- Went to Settings/Connections/Mobile Networks/Access Point Names
6- Created a new Access Point with all the information I had from the Older phone
And voila everything is working properly now! I Hope this helps!
