S24 ultra will not connect to mobile data at all

Hello, I set up my new s24 ultra yesterday and everything was working fine (except the screen colours which hopefully samsung will fix) 

The data was working fine but today I tried to connect my phone to data and it didn't work, I contacted support and went through multiple trouble shooting steps such as adding access point, reseting network settings, taking sim out etc 

My calls are working but my data will not work no matter what I do or how many times I restart my phone.

If you insert your sim card in another phone does data work then @Da6xn9  🤔 

Just trying to rule out your sim or mobile phone account. 

Or that there isn't an issue in your area. 

i.e does the issue present itself where ever you go. 

It might be worth checking the apn settings your network uses.

Yes it works on other phones I tried on my old s21 ultra and a xiaomi 11t pro all working on them phones, on the s24 calls work just not data its showing 4-5 bars though

Have you tried manually inputting the APN settings from your provider?

Maybe take it into a Samsung service centre and have it looked at.

Your could try a WiPE CACHE of the phone.

Or a fulll RESET as a last resort.

The nearest samsung centre Is hours away, I'm going to wait a few days to see if any update fixes this and if not I will just have to return it

Could also try a Samsung store. Never know someone might be knowledgeable enough.

If your in the UK and your provider is Three mobile then don't worry their servers down l.

Yes I'm in the UK with three but their website doesn't say anything is down in my area?
