S24 ultra will not connect to mobile data at all

Hello, I set up my new s24 ultra yesterday and everything was working fine (except the screen colours which hopefully samsung will fix) 

The data was working fine but today I tried to connect my phone to data and it didn't work, I contacted support and went through multiple trouble shooting steps such as adding access point, reseting network settings, taking sim out etc 

My calls are working but my data will not work no matter what I do or how many times I restart my phone.

Cellular data should work now, considering mine wasn't before but now it is. Download Speedtest by Ookla and in the app there is a category named 'Status', in that you can view pretty much all the companies and their servers status.

This same thing happen to me aswell on my s23u ave been using i contact Vodafone will all try to fix it i sim swap my sim from esim to physical sim still thesame

I checked on speed test and it showed three network was down now ot seems to be working again so I think they got it up and running

I have the same issue with newly bought Samsung Galaxy S24. I cannot use mobile data with my new device, even though mobile data works if I change to another phone.

Mine was an issue with my SIM provider. I am with Three (3) in the UK, and their system was down. Thankfully, it is working now. Have you checked if your service is down? You can use the app Speedtest by Ookla on the status section to check.

Same issue with vodafone. Will work if I switch to 3G then back to 4G/5G. But as soon as I go back to wifi then back to mobile data it stops working again.

I have had the same issue. Brand new S24 ultra, calls, messages work, wi-fi ok. Switch it to mobile data.... nothing. Tried different things that were recommended by Vodafone. Took it into Vodafone shop. Sim card ok in other phone. Returned the phone. Received new one yesterday...... same issue!!!!! Have anybody been able to fix it?.
