S24 ultra wifi issues

Annoying when you buy a new phone and it is not as good as your older phone.. S24 wifi issues is very disappointing. Apps will not work while connected via wifi anywhere.. got told to turn the 5hz wifi setting off.. am I to tell every home I go to and say that lol.. businesses.. you don't upgrade to downgrade grrrr

I have the same issue. I have 1 GB WIFI download speed and I only get around 5MB on S24 ultra. My older S23 Ultra and Tab 9 ultra get 1 to 1.2 GB. I tried all the usual troubleshooting steps but no luck. Occasionally the phone will connect @1GB but will drop after a minute. I called the support and they could not help. I think I will return the S24 ultra and keep the old S23 ultra

Samsung need to fix the WIFI issue ASAP. I will wait but I will return the S24 ultra if the issue was not fixed before the end of the return period

I traded in my old S23 ultra. I do not have a choice. They won't return it. I am gutted. I rarely upgrade from one to the next. Normally skip a model. This S24 ultra is a poor upgrade 😕

I highly recommend submitting an Error report, @Cheesyman and @Happy King, as this will enable our developers to take a closer look at this for you. What you're reporting is certainly not at all typical, so it's very important that you get this resolved.

To submit an Error report, please:

1. Launch the Samsung Members app.
2. Tap Support.
3. Scroll down and tap Error reports.
4. Choose a category of Error report to submit.
5. Complete the required details and then send the report by tapping the send icon.

I will also submit a report. My 5.0G connections fail, or are slow to connect, then are ok on that connection for a while. The 2.4G connections seem normal so far.

Nothing to report.. tried samsung direct and nothing. The moderator suggested sending error report.. which I keep trying to.. I have multiple apps that do not work will on wifi. My Google home app fails constantly and the app to set charger to start charging my car doesn't work now either. So I can not use cheap raye night to charge car unless I get up at midnight lol.
