You have 15 days from the time your phone arrived for both the trade in and refund (or so support told me). I'm going to wait through next week, and if Samsung doesn't fix the display I'm returning the phone and never buying a Samsung product at launch again.

I am having the exact same problem with mine. Going to give it a few days and then return in the 14 day treturn window if no progress is made.

My phone doesnt have this grey colors and grain. Mine looks with color natural not vivid but clean. And black is deep black.

Lived because the PWM was reduced. Install the OLED Saver application on your S22U, which removes PWM and you will see exactly the same structure on dark objects.
You need to choose either a small PWM or a clean image 😞

The problem isn't black it's all greys and dark colors. It's most noticeable when your environment is dark, because environmental light will wash it out.

Where exactly did Samsung publicly acknowledge the issue and promise a fix? I've seen a few users say this now but I feel like I'm being gaslighted because I can't find where Samsung is acknowledging it. If they did that is great but I want to see it.

I second this.
