S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

Same problem here. Put my S23 ultra next to my S24u and it's soo much better on the 23 ultra, colours actually stand out more and looks soo much better on the S23, they need to sort this ASAP, or they are gonna get alot of returns

My first thought on powering on was how washed out and less vibrant than my S22 Ultra. I'd thought it was something to do with the new gorilla glass , but no, noticed that adjusting the RGB sliders has no effect, I'm sure it will be fixed in an update.

Glad I found this thread, like others I am very disappointed with the washed out colours 😭. So it's do I keep it or return and keep my s23u....

Got my s24 ultra just now, vivid mode is broken...my s23 ultra looks so much better

I have the S22 ultra and the new s24 ultra icons are washed out and faded. This is not acceptable given how sharp everything looks on the s22 ultra. Samsung can you look into this and provide a fix and update us all. It may be a software fix that is needed ?

If this is how it is on flagship, it is pretty bad. Changing between vivid and natural doesn't change anything, so I'm thinking this is s a software issue
