So my new s24 ultra with three keeps turning off my data when making or receiving calls. I've done a quick Google and I have got the LTE on. And ive re set the phone I don't know how many times.
Wondering if any one new the answer before I phoned them.
I'm with Vodafone and noticed my data would cut off everytime I was on a call for more then 30 minutes I had to turn off my 5g to get the calls to work with data
So It's on 4g+ my partner who too is with three doesn't have this problem and on my old s22 ultra didn't...I do get 5g most of the time. But I've got dual sim in would that effect it?
Ive had the same issue on my fold 4 and now have it on S24 ultra , I'm on vodaphone , past resort from what I googled a while ago is to have them disconnect then reconnect line , I tried everything else , factory reset , reset network settings , new sim etc , nothing works ...
