S24 ultra three data

So my new s24 ultra with three keeps turning off my data when making or receiving calls. I've done a quick Google and I have got the LTE on. And ive re set the phone I don't know how many times. 

Wondering if any one new the answer before I phoned them.

This used to happen with 3g as the signal wasn't strong enough in the area.

How good is your three signal? Probably find if you are using LTE (4g calling element) that you're in a weak signal area.

I'm with Vodafone and noticed my data would cut off everytime I was on a call for more then 30 minutes I had to turn off my 5g to get the calls to work with data

Yeah I've tried that too. Just really annoying. Especially if I'm out and can't wifi call.

Yeah it is having a 5g phone and network but can't use it if you need to use data while on a call 🙄

So It's on 4g+ my partner who too is with three doesn't have this problem and on my old s22 ultra didn't...I do get 5g most of the time. But I've got dual sim in would that effect it?

Literaly! On a work call and needed access emails but couldn't while on the call. Why can't they bring back simpler times.

Ive had the same issue on my fold 4 and now have it on S24 ultra , I'm on vodaphone , past resort from what I googled a while ago is to have them disconnect then reconnect line , I tried everything else , factory reset , reset network settings , new sim etc , nothing works ...

The annoying thing is you can't access sim settings while you're on a call
