Hello,
Don't know if their is another way to give feedback about a software bug. If their is, please tell.
On my S24 Ultra I'm always coming to a point that most of the apps won't connect/load when I'm on my home network.
The only solution to this is clearing the cache completely when the phone is in save mode.
Clearing the cache from the apps separately doesn't help. I always need to go in safe mode to clear it completely.
This helps for a (short) time. Sometimes after a few day, sometimes after some weeks I need to do it again. This started after a firmware update 3 months ago.

The S24 is still a relatively new device. How long have you owned it? Brand new or used? Is it still stock ROM or flashed?
Usually, when connection errors occur due to wifi frequency band settings, it's advisable to reboot your router. Ensure the router has the latest firmware. Go into the router settings and check for any conflicts. Is the routers frequency bands split into 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz? Check if your device is actually connecting to the 5Ghz band and not 2.4Ghz, which may cause issues if there are a lot of devices connected to wifi in your household. Try speaking with your Internet provider for advice too.

Brand new S24 Ultra. Owned for 5 month.
Problem started since the may firmware update.
For everyone, it's not my network. I've got an up to date unify network up and running. All other hardware (iphone, ipad, S23, surface, etc...) don't have this problem.
Official firmware, so stock rom.
I've only got it on a Wifi 5hz network (not only at home) with almost all 3th and 1st party apps. Not on the 2,4hz band.
After a while (2/3 weeks most of the time, sometimes after a few days) the apps start but can't seem to make a network connection (just keep loading) if I'm off Wifi (on cellular) they start just fine.
I'm not the only one with this problem. Their are others with simular problems who posted on this forum. Marked as solved but if you read through them which weren't solved.
The only working solution for me is, as stated, clearing the cache in safe mode.
After clearing the cashe verything connects like should on the same wifi network. But this is a temporary solution, and it does come back after a while.

Do you run it with or without a router? If without, do you have access to a router for testing?
With regards to the phone. Try resetting wifi by going to settings>general management >reset >reset wifi and Bluetooth.
Also check settings>connections >more connection settings >Private DNS
Consider any VPN's or firewalls you may be using.
