S24 Ultra Screen Grain

I don't know if other people have this problem but my S24 Ultra has a weird grain across the whole display. It's very bad especially when gray or dark backgrounds are present. Is this normal or should I be contacting samsung for help further? 

All I can describe it as hundreds of lines going from the top left corner of the bottom right, but across the entire display

Just for a bit of context, guys, this is what mine looks like with or without a screen protector applied. It seems very problematic especially when you have darker content on the display.

It looks so bad, I was watching tron legacy, everything was gray and the display had lines going across the entire thing. I love the phone but wish I didn't trade in my S22U now because I have no backup.

Currently, they have requested photographs and a screen recording, so I will observe the situation. I recently inspected my device and discovered that it was manufactured in December 2023. However, the revision number is 0.6, indicating that it is likely an early production model. Regrettably, I am unable to access the link to that thread as it is inaccessible to me.

Well it seems I've just been fobbed off with a generic response that has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. I really wish I hadn't upgraded my phone, I'm £370 in the hole for trading in my old phone, and now I'm held ransom with this S24U.

I think my next phone will be a One Plus if this is how Samsung treats customers who spend £1000 on a device.

Same problem for me. Grain and color banding on dark backgrounds when im under 25% brightness.

Returned mine. Are the new batches better? Still thinking of getting another, as I want to return to android, but the screen issues are a deal breaker.

Exactly the same like mine + i have grain on low brightness!!!!

We all in india also facing the same issues 🥹. Samsung care is not answering anything & also they suggest users not to use dark mode.
