S24 Ultra Screen Grain

I don't know if other people have this problem but my S24 Ultra has a weird grain across the whole display. It's very bad especially when gray or dark backgrounds are present. Is this normal or should I be contacting samsung for help further? 

All I can describe it as hundreds of lines going from the top left corner of the bottom right, but across the entire display

It's odd because some people are saying it's down to the display anti glare and others saying it's a faulty display.

Apprently samsung is doin a update to try and sort the display issue out im gettin the same problem and many others are too

There has been recent posts from other owners who have said similar to you.

@LittleCasper can you upload a screenshot too please  ?

But most of the posts are in connection to the " washed out colours "of the screen. 

To add balance some have said theirs is fine as they prefer the Natural Setting and not Vivid 

People have sent feedback to Samsung via their Samsung Members App, and so I would suggest to do the same. 

I haven't seen any official response from Samsung as of yet apart from some screenshots of what some Samsung Agents have said on Live Chat. 

I also haven't seen anything official about a software update being worked on. 

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

Not seen many many posts about the screens and their missing vibrant colours and grainy look.

I understand your sentiment. I guess that new users in the forum find it hard to find information on so many posts. This screen issue is the gift that keeps on giving.

It definitely is NOT the anti glare properties of the screen. Quite the contrary, it seems to work very well.  It is not a faulty display for sure. The screen has been tested independently by a German company and it's been proven to be superior to previous ones.

Im also having the same issue. Diagonal lines across the display. Worse in dark scenes
