Could be something installed on the phone that's drained the battery totally flat. Leaving it on charge for a while should after about 5 to 10 minutes show something.
Maybe try starting it up in safe mode to see if something happens

I would be curious to learn what the outcome is of all this.
I do have to add one thing which may have absolutely no bearing on this, last year my wife and I were in Rotterdam and quite by accident and without knowing it, she switched her screen display to its lowest setting. It was also very bright outside which compounded the screen issue even more.
For several minutes I actually thought her phone was fried. I went inside a building (where it was considerably darker) and could see a glimmer of a screen and finally figured out what had happened.
At any rate, I hope your phone isn't fried.

I have had the same issue on 32 days old Samsung S24 Ultra 1TBand it requires a PCB / motherboard replacement.
