It's a little strange but goes like this.
Sign up for beta, get beta updates, the beta reaches the end, you get a final update via the beta that's a non beta update. Updates via the beta system now stop and normal updates continue.
If you reboot your phone and don't get a beta popup, you're on a non beta software. It will still say you are registered in the beta for some reason.
To better explain. Normal update, normal update, sign up for beta, beta 1, beta 2, beta 3, final beta update putting you on stable software, normal update, normal update.
Even if you are technically still in the beta program, normal updates should take over when the beta ends
