When shaking It is related to the OIS (optical image stabilisation), see more information here https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/do-you-hear-a-small-noise-from-inside-of-the...
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Have you found a solution for that issue? Seems I have faced the same problem after last software update.

Same as you , just did a software update ( the last one ) and now my camera is ratling when not zooming over 25x
Just bought it 3 month ago and still under warranty ( has an "armor" case and never drop on the floor)
Can samsung do something to help?

Had my S24 Ultra since launch, and yes, I know they will make some noise if you shake them, I have noticed this since the the S3 or 4, but in the past few weeks, the S24 Ultra really rattles. It does not affect the phone but if someone is filming while being active, you will 100% hear this rattle on your recording and it will spoil it.
I don't know if it's a hardware fault because some people say it has happened since the last update. I did update my phone but I don't remember if it started then.
I need to keep an eye on this and the next update (if it fixes it) because if it stays, I will be sending my phone in for repair.

I have the same issue - loud rattle noise - when I'm in video recording mode and I switch from 5x to a lower zoom. I had the camera replaced once for this issue, but seems it came back. So I can assume three things:
1. The way I handle the phone is damaging the camera module. If so, then this will be the last phone I buy from Samsung. But I don't want to believe that the camera module is so fragile.
2. Is a normal behavior and we have to deal with it...
3. I hope this is a software issue and it will fixed in the future. Maybe they will make OIS to active even though the camera is not used.
