I had similar issues. I had to go into my setting and turn every single thing on. I preferred to have it on silent and just have the notification pop up on my screen, but that's not an option now. If I have anything turned off, the whole lot doesn't work. Now the notifications are hit and miss. I might get it, I might not. Just another terrible piece of this useless update!
