Can anyone tell how did you handle customer service, just purchased two s24 ultra and a watch and it saying sept 18 delivery date. I’m just confused as I spoken to three different people from customer service with no clue when I’m suppose to receive my purchases. Then they offer bonuses like 450.00; 150.00 refund and 160.00 gift certificate with no email, it’s like it’s all talk.  Who can I talk to besides customer service

@Ozzie1: I'm sorry to hear that there is some confusion surrounding the delivery date of your order. I do agree that this doesn't seem quite right, as you should not expect to have to wait this long for the phones to be delivered. While I understand that you have been in touch previously, I do recommend speaking with our Shop Team, as they are in the best position to provide any information about the progress of your order. If you are based in the UK then please contact the Shop Team directly on 0333 000 0333 Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm, or Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm, and an advisor will be on hand to look into this further for you.
