S24 Ultra not updating....

Sorry to piggyback this thread but i've got a S24 Ultra stuck on July security patch and the 6.1 OneUI version that doesn't have all the AI goodies. This is my service provider software version 

SAOMC_SM-S928B_OXM_CPW_14_0003CPW/CPW,CPW/EUX/MEO Any help would be really appreciated 👍

Are your phone and sim card for the country you are currently in? I've seen mismatches cause that problem before

I have no idea of the origin of this phone but my sim is a UK sim and that's where I am

How do I know whether my phone is a UK EU Indian phone etc?

MEO csc is Portugal i believe

CPW suggests Carphone Warehouse and a UK version but I'm not sure tbh

CPW yes it's carphone warehouse UK but at the end you have MEO whitch is Portugal try using smart switch https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/

I had this issue, I use Odin to manually update every few months.

Bugger. So I am completely new to Odin etc. Could somebody point me to an ***** guide please?
