I received the S24Ultra about a week ago and have been getting it transferred from my old phone and setup.
Yesterday, I pulled out the wireless charger I also ordered.
When I put my S4 Watch or my Buds on the charger, they charge fine.
But I have never been able to get the S24Ultra to charge - WITHOUT CASE.
It will either turn on red for about 5 seconds and then start flashing red, or the light will not come on at all.
Normally I only get the red lights after it has been a few hours since I tried it.
If I try again, I always get nothing.
I have tried alternative placements on the pad, I tried rebooting several times as I saw suggested on a forum, but none of that gets me anywhere. Still no lights at all.
Is this a charger problem or a phone problem ??? I have run out of ideas and about to curse Samsung.
I have attempted to contact them via the "Contact us" but I cannot get by the robots to actually get a human in chat and of course there is no phone number.

Did you enable fast wireless charging on Battery -> Charging -> Fast wireless charging ?
I got a S24 Ultra and it is doing fast wireless charging with a 3rd party charger.
It could be some bug, if it is the good news is that there is an update from the 22nd.
If you want to call them, this is phone times and number.

I also saw that suggestion in the forums.
So I tried both ways fast charging on and off.
what do you mean there is an update from the 22nd? January 22nd ?? December last year?
My phone seem to be totally updated and says there are no more.

It has been released on South Korea already.

Ok, thank you. I will await that.
But - it seemed that the forums discussing it said that rebooting the phone temporarily fixed it.
Definitely not in my case, I have rebooted it probably 10 times in different scenarios trying to fix this issue.

Here are some fixes:
1.The samsung charger duo has a built in metal detector if a key for example is near the charging pad so if you have anything thats metal near i suggest you remove it
2.Damaged cable or charging brick: If youre not using the charger that came with the wireless pad you might want to check for a damaged cable or a damaged brick, if you dont see any damage on the charger it could be a defective product with any broken cable inside(i suggest you take it to a samsung service so you dont void the warranty opening it by yourself.
3.If the light is flashing yellow or its static yellow it has to do with the charging speed,
its either a 15w charging brick or cable youre using or you havent enabled fast wireless charging in settings
4. Also check that the cahrging brick and cable support at least 9v output or if you have any metal accesory on the back of your phone like a magsafe ring you have to remove it for it to work because of the detector
