S 24 Ultra Apps notification permission is grayed out

Hi,

I bought a new S24 Ultra. I am trying to get notifications on my watch 6. But I realize that some Apps are not even showing in the "App notifications" part of settings. Many have grayed out options to change permissions.

To enable certain or all notifications on your Watch6 is to visit the Wearables App - already pre-installed on the phone.

Hopefully yours is a simpler issue to fix than some of ours. Android has blocked notifications of two important apps on my S24 Ultra. Unfortunately going into settings to toggle the app on from there doesn't work, nor does going through permissions. For some reason one of the  non-factory installed apps only appears when sorting "system" apps. I am able to turn notifications from there but it immediately disables. Inexplicably the other app does not appear at all. 

I have cleared caches, cleared the phone partition, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing has worked. It appears Samsung is currently not acknowledging the issue. Wishing you a better outcome!
