S24 ultra hasn't got the one UI 8 update, why?

I live in the UK, and have a S24 ultra, a few days ago, the longly anticipated by me One Ui 8 rolled out for the s24 ultra in Europe, UK included. But my phone hasn't got the update. And im not sure its even updated to the newest one ui 7 update, but it doesnt give me the option to update it. What can I do?

I didn't get the update for one ui7 neither m I getting the update for 8

I have no clue sadly. It depends if you bought your phone as locked or unlocked. Generally, if it was unlocked, then you would have received it faster.

Well my sim isnt CPW so its not locked

That's O2 network firmware. Did you try smartswitch
