I play Raid: Shadow legends and this game constantly freezes. I had an S20 before this with no issues. I had to go through a lengthy process and send my phones data info to samsung so they can take a look. People say the phone has processing issues with a bunch of games. So it's not the games issue. It's the Samsung phones issue. All models of the S24 have this issue. No news on any updates and I haven't received any emails back from samsung about my data. I'm thinking about sending this phone back as well.

Emoji Blitz crashes incessantly. Hope it's fixed soon. Incredibly frustrating.

I am experiencing the same problem. Games, including dragon ball legends as mentioned by others on this thread, just keep crashing constantly. Cannot even play for more than 30 seconds before it crashes every time. Never had this problem on any mobile phone before with these same games, phones even as old as the Oneplus 6 ran these games smoothly. But the £1,549 1TB S24 Ultra somehow can't handle them...
Nobody else I know of is experiencing this issue with their mobile phones, and it doesn't seem to be a common issue to this extent online unless the mobile phone is a S24.
