No. That's not the case. Some were told by Samsung representatives to clear cache, it didn't work. I restored my new S24+ with Smart Switch and immediately noticed the wallpaper was washed out. Played with settings but no improvement. I then did a full factory reset, and still no improvement. I had a representatives instructed me clear the storage and settings for the camera. I told him he must be confused for it doesn't have anything to do with the screen issue. LOL.
