S24 ultra data/signal issues

Hi

I don't know if anyone else has been having these issues. But if I'm travelling and driving from one place to another my data ends up going from 4G to 2G mode. And it doesn't come back to 4G even when I'm in a good signal area. Even after turning data off and on it stays the same. You have to reboot the phone to fix this issue.

The signal strength is also very low most of the time. Not sure if it's a phone issue or sim. I used the same sim in another phone and never had any issues.....

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I went and got my phone exchanged today. Though it's a hassle, it looks like it took care of the problem. 

Still cautious, I will update the thread if it continues. My guess is that this was a hardware issue.

What exactly was the problem with yours? How much better is it now? Do you get amazing signal everywhere and still ok signal?

Yes, my phone is working perfectly now. Have not had the network issues, nor the random Do Not Disturb turning on that I had happening.

I have a weaker signal 1 bar is this still a issue?

I still have the issue where signal drops to 1 bar or even 0 bar even when you're at the same location and not moving. I don't think this issued is resolved.
