S24 ultra data/signal issues

I don't know if anyone else has been having these issues. But if I'm travelling and driving from one place to another my data ends up going from 4G to 2G mode. And it doesn't come back to 4G even when I'm in a good signal area. Even after turning data off and on it stays the same. You have to reboot the phone to fix this issue.

The signal strength is also very low most of the time. Not sure if it's a phone issue or sim. I used the same sim in another phone and never had any issues.....

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I'm having same issue little to no signal. Came from s22 ultra all fine. Now to nothing. I've tried all above and new sim card and no better.

I have same issue, sometimes mobile data goes to H+ ( where 5G/4G is available ) and signal can be changed only by restarting phone or using airplane mode.

This is really frustrating, I never thought I will had such an issue with flagman phone (S24+)

Since getting my S24 ultra, I've been to a football stadium 3 times (sat in different parts of the stadium too) and my S24 Ultra would not connect. it was frustrating seeing people sat around connecting (with cheaper phones no doubt).

I didn't have any issues connecting at the same stadium with mobile data using the S22 and S23 Ultras.

I have the same issue in my new s24 ultra. I have also used another network sim. Connection says 5g but sometime even Web browsing has issues and not working. I can not make video calls or Internet based calls without interruption.
I have reset the device to factory setting, but of no luck. Nothing seems to work.
Please help
Shall I return the device to samsung

You should if it's really bothering you. There's already been two software updates and there's no knowing if this is even a software issue
