S24 ultra data/signal issues

I don't know if anyone else has been having these issues. But if I'm travelling and driving from one place to another my data ends up going from 4G to 2G mode. And it doesn't come back to 4G even when I'm in a good signal area. Even after turning data off and on it stays the same. You have to reboot the phone to fix this issue.

The signal strength is also very low most of the time. Not sure if it's a phone issue or sim. I used the same sim in another phone and never had any issues.....

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

A new software update has just been released. Not sure if that will fix this but give it a ago!

Hey, I've been having this annoying problem with my phone. It keeps losing connection and I can't make calls. It says there's no network, but when I reboot it, everything works fine again. It's so frustrating! I have to do it every three days or so.

I woke up 3 hours ago and had to do the airplane mode trick 8 times so far. Still not fixed...

 

Love this phone,  but this is becoming both a joy killer and a liability in my work life.

Same issue here but with samsung S24 Plus, network will drop and also have very low signal strength at all times compared to my S21 Ultra. This is definitely a hardware issue if multiple software updates have not fixed this yet

The first update wasn't specific to this issue and I doubt if anyone has gotten the new firmware update has it just came out to Korea the 28th of last month

Why won't Samsung even acknowledge this issue? Why aren't more YouTubers talking about it?

I've found that if I go in settings / connections / Mobile Networks / Network operators and manually select my network operator instead of the automatic select. It has become a lot more stable. Hope that this helps you guys, too.

My phone is unusable 90% of the time unless I am on WIFI. I've tried all suggested solutions and software is fully up to date. I really hope this isn't a hardware issue. 

Samsung must address this problem asap. How can we get them to wake up and sort this out?

You should raise a support ticket and look to return the phone for repairs if it's that bad.
