Samsung needs to address this issue. The S24 ultra indeed has issues with the network randomly cutting off. The phone suddenly loses signal without any apparant reason. Please don't tell me it is the carrier's glitch. I live in dubai where we have one of the best networks. My other phones does not have this nagging issue.

I want my money back, just don't know how I'd go about it as I bought it outright from jbhifi.
Not a peep from Samsung about it, no software updates in Australia yet.

Same issue. Sometimes goes to E or Edge (between 2G and 3G) in areas with good 4G. Aeroplane mode workaround works for a little while then back to E in some 4G. Previous phone was consistently connected to 4G in certain locations however this phone definitely seems to want to default in locations my old phone would be a solid 4G. Same sim card.
