Ensure your chargers definately capable for Super fast charge, and also ensure the cable thats charging the phone is compatible with fast charging. Alternatively if theres a warranty on the charger replace it. Also check in settings that fast charge is enabled.
My samsung s22 ultra stopped charging as it says moister detected. Went to the samsung shop and took it in for repair. After 2 days same problem again. I try to book online for an appointment to go back but system don't allow me. Should stick with apple. Will defo tell some customers in store not to buy this product and go to Apple. This is a pain in the ass as I run my business on the phone.
I had exactly the same issue on s23, apparently it's a known bug that resolves on its own after a week or two. Took mine 2 weeks but it's all good now. It happened after a major Android update to me but apparently it can happen even after small ones too
