@Max0895: Are you using your Galaxy S24 Ultra while it is charging, or do you have any active applications open in the background? As a troubleshooting step, try powering off the device and connecting to your charger, to see if you notice an improvement.
If the issue persists, try connecting to your charger, then heading to Settings > Battery, and check the status below the green bar at the top of the screen. Does it say 'Super Fast charger connected'?
