S24 ultra brightness issue

Hi,

I've noticed that since the OneUI 7 update, my screen doesn't get that bright when using it ouside. Before, it was quite bright, everything was clear, but now....I'm having struggle to see it during bright daylight.

Are you using adaptive brightness or not in settings?

I started experiencing the same issue on s24U after One UI 7 update.

Yesterday I compared my phone with s 25U with identical settings. And 25 is really brighter.
BUT a 3-months old video on youtube shows that at the launch s25U had almost identical brightness with s24U on One UI 6.1

I am considering downgrading because the auto brightness always not enough. That was never an issue on One UI 6

Yes I have the exact same issue. Adaptive bright nes off, extra brightness on and it's not as bright as it used to be in direct sunlight.

Shame on me (and probably samsung qa engineers). After update to One Ui7 icons in the quick settings changed their location. And extra dim option disappeared. That's why i forgot it was on. It is in Accessibility section. So there was no way to find it in display settings when i was trying to figure out the reason. 

After turning it off, brightness became identical to s25 U again.

I'm having the same issue with my Samsung s24 plus. Before One UI 7 update, the screen was super bright, but after updating it's giving issues like not bright at all even when the brightness is max. Sometimes it gets better. I don't know what's going on! I bought this phone only because of its super screen brightness. How can I fix it????
