S24 ultra auto framing/tracking

Ok, I traded in my S23U for the S24U and first thing that I noticed is that during video calls, mostly whatsapp the camera on the S24U doesn't track as it did on the S23U. If I moved to the left or right of the frame the camera would follow to a certain degree but not on the S24U. Anyone else having this issue?

Well, completed a video call via WhatsApp and still no autoframe. Tried almost everything but had to give up?

Made a call tonight, pulled down screen twice and lo and behold there are the video modes. Now got the auto framing working. Need to go to specsavers🙄

I feel those options are weird hidden like that. Same as when you make a callz you can turn on some ai sound environment sound remover.

Ps for that menu is greyed out. I see a settings and a refresh icon. The other option are greyed out and do nothing
