S24 Ultra £30 Pre Order Promo Not Working

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Im trying to redeem the £30 Galaxy Store Pre Order bonus, On the Boost Website it says the following

No devices found - We couldn't find any eligible devices on your account. Check to make sure you're signed in using the instructions below:"

I've successfully redeemed the 12 month Disney+ in the Wallet App but this promo does not show, my device is registered with my account but the promotion just never shows

Does anyone have a fix?

I have but I've now found anything beyond check Wallet

That's because the promotion is in Samsung Wallet.....

There are many threads about this had you searched as @BandOfBrothers has advised.

And all I can find is "Its in Wallet, Check Wallet" which I have done but theres no advice for if the promotion isn't showing in the Wallet

It is in there. I know this because a) that's what I did to get it and b) I have replied to other posts several times with this info.

Yes, I've done this plenty of times the past week, the same 6 promotions show - No sign of the £30 one
