@Tourbillon De La Vie is correct.
I have a Watch 5 Pro and it works flawlessly with the S24 Ultra. I transferred it from my S22 Ultra and the transfer failed the first time. I transferred it back to the S22 Ultra and redid the transfer and it worked.
Of course, you could always reset the watch and pair it with the S24 as it were new. Either way will work.

At the moment my 5 ultra watch is not synching been with att customer service reps and managers and no one knows what they are doing.
