NFC Not Working. Also: Free Buds?

Hi there! I was wondering if you all could help.

I have been able to use NFC with the phone a few times already. The problem started on Saturday, where my NFC wouldn't toggle on. I ended up having to use my watch to pay for my shopping. 

I found that it just wouldn't turn on since. If I toggled it on, it would turn off immediately. I restarted my phone once and that solved it for a few minutes. Then, the issue restarted. 

Does anyone have any way to sort this? Or should I contact Samsung about it to get them to check it out? That is the last resort option though. 

On another note, do we get an email when the validation of S24 Ultra form is done to receive the free Buds3 Pro? I received the form on the 4th (a day after receiving my S24 Ultra) and I did the review then. I haven't heard anything from them since.

Hi @nattynat and welcome

Try to do soft reset on your phone(it won't delete any files)
Press and hold power and volume down button for 10 seconds until phone restarts.

As for the buds:
"After 14 days of purchase customers will receive an email from Samsung with a form to complete a review of their new phone (good or bad). Reviews must be made within 30 days of receiving the email from Samsung. Free gift will be delivered 14 days after review validation. Reviews must be via the form sent and NOT made on Samsung.com."

Hey there, same thing here; it seems that I haven't recieved any update information regarding my promotion. I submitted mines on the 3rd December. It shouldn't take more than 4 weeks though I believe.

Anyone who's wondering about the Buds: I have checked my orders on Samsung.com and they've added them on there. They should get to me after the New Year. So if you're wondering if your buds are coming, check there :smiling-face:
