"When you reach your claim limit, for 1 and 2-year policies, you will not be able to make any more claims under the policy. For monthly policies, the policy will end automatically and no refund will be due.
Customers paying monthly can make up to 2 claims in every 12-month period, over 36 months.
Customers who purchase a 1-year policy are allowed 2 claims in the period.
Customers with a 2-year policy are allowed 4 claims over the term. With a limit of 2 successful claims that can be made in each 12-month period".
