Why my monthly Samsung care I bought will be canceled, and what is the reason?

Hi there

Have you changed your device / sold it or asked for it to be cancelled?
Has the term expired? Care is usually either 1 year or 2 depending on what you've signed up to?

Or have you (sorry to ask and you don't need to say publicly in here) not kept up with monthly payments?

A few reasons why it may have been cancelled. Either way, you'll need to speak to Samsung Customer Service (good luck - it will likely be painful).

@wulaa  Just to add :

"When you reach your claim limit, for 1 and 2-year policies, you will not be able to make any more claims under the policy. For monthly policies, the policy will end automatically and no refund will be due.

Customers paying monthly can make up to 2 claims in every 12-month period, over 36 months.

Customers who purchase a 1-year policy are allowed 2 claims in the period.

Customers with a 2-year policy are allowed 4 claims over the term. With a limit of 2 successful claims that can be made in each 12-month period".

If you have kept up with payments and still unclear on the reason for cancellation you would need to contact Samsung care Plus, this is primarily a customer to customer community with some input from Moderators(Samsung staff).
