Hey I have s24 ultra since day 1 of pre order.
So far Phone received few updates and honestly I don't see any changes speaking of performance, In many situations phone is slow,laggy animations feel like in low 5-10 fps so often.I noticed that when scrolling down on Facebook, YouTube or Web,when doing it It's feel and looks like I'm dropping refresh rate and I feel like it's lagging .Honestly I did everything to try to fix it,Resetting phone,factory reset,Tried safe mode,I wipe cache and nothing,also Did replacement twice . Personally I don't see any big difference between s24 ultra and my s21 ultra.apart of that ,that My s21 ultra feels way more faster and more smooth .Nothing lags or freezer then like in my s24 ultra when scrolling or playing games,Not to add that many times when clicking on any part of the screen sometimes phone does not recognise click,and with s pen it's even worse .You can say that s24 ultra has better camera or better cpu but honestly you can't really feel that ,Well if you benchmark addict then sure u will see bigger number but most of people will not noticed any performance improvements although s24 ultra is so much slower.Im really thinking of just canceling my contract with me and stay with s21 ultra and maybe try again s24 ultra after years or more,as so far I have only bad expierence with it and it's feel like phone didn't been completed just released to farm as much money as possible .Let me know what experience you guys have it with your s24 ultra. It's my biggest disappointment As so far I was so happy with Samsung phones until I tried s24 ultra and phone for this price should be perfect out of the box not that you have yo wait months if not years and hope that updates can fix it.I guess it's time to leave Samsung or just go back to the phone which I knew it's working proply

I'm sorry to hear of the issues your experiencing with your phone @KylVie  😔 

My experience with the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra has been exemplary in regards to how buttery smooth it is. 

It's possible you have a faulty unit in some way and should consider going back to who originally supplied the phone to ask for support whether this be a Repair or Replacement.

I'm also having a similar issue with the S24 Ultra, but it happens when I'm scrolling through short videos on IG. The first few minutes of watching are normal, but after about 10-15 minutes, the video starts to stutter and lag (the audio is fine, but the video lags). If I go back to the IG home screen, the video goes back to normal. I've tried optimizing the app's performance and removing the battery saver, but it doesn't change anything. This happens every 10-15 minutes. When I first got the phone, it ran smoothly (except the screen colors aren't as vibrant as my old Note 20 Ultra). I don't know if it's a problem with my device or if it happened after a phone update. For the price I paid, I expect it to work properly. When I took it to the SS service center, they couldn't fix the issue and just suggested a full factory reset, which is what they do for most phones with software problems. Since I have a lot of data on my phone, I can't just reset everything.

And even when recording videos, my screen started to stutter and slow down during recording.

What?? S24 Ultra laggy and slow?? Absolutely far from it mine is buttery smooth and fast.

Well Yeah it's common advice,Factory reset as they expect to fix all of your problems with that,if reset fails their job is finished this is called experts 😀

Thank For reply I don't think replacement will do anything as I had it replaced twice already,So I think I will just cancel my Contract

I also have to admit that my device is having the same problem and I am quite disappointed when compared to the Note 20 Ultra.

I miss my S23 Ultra so badly - i find the S24 Ultra a complete flop - slow and sluggish - not one clear night time photo - full of noise and backscatter - i feel it was a huge down grade

Hi I have a s24 ultra and the phone keeps flashing saying USB charging connected then telling me it's disconnected but I'm not charging the phone
