Ive seen a few posts about this but relating to the S24 Ultra, but I havent seen anything on the standard size devices.
My husband has got a new Samsung Galaxy S24 and he keeps having issues with the mobile data dropping out and not coming back by itself. He was fully restarting the phone and this brings it back, now he is just switching to airplane mode and back to data again which seems to bring it back. But he is doing this several times a day. He relies on the mobile data for work so its far from ideal!
Sim works fine in his old Pixel 7, so its not that. He has swapped the device and on device number 2...same issue! Clearly something Samsungs end. So how do we fix this? To say hes put off Samsungs is quite an understatement.

*****, I already uninstalled my VPN-based ad blocker but that didn't help either :'(

I have finally found the cause in my case - having two SIMs, both connected to 4G. If one is on 5G and the other 4G, everything is good (while the 5G actually has signal). If I cap my non-data SIM at 2G and enable 4G only for the data sim, that works as well. But with both using 4G, it drops all the time.
This got definitely messed up with one of the updates and I do hope it gets fixed again. But setting the non data sim for 2G only works well enough in the meantime.

Had the same issue. Sent it bk for warranty and they said it can't be fixed and they gave me a new one. It had the same issue so I just gave it bk next day and took my money bk. I guess it's time to switch to iPhone.

I have the same problem, being an iphone user I never face an issue something like this before.
my network /internet is perfectly fine when using an iphone but samsung 24 keeps dropping the internet. specially during calls which is pathetic & really annoying. lesson for the life - I will never ever buy a samsung device.

Just bought S24 (SM-S921B 256GB) and found out about this issue. Using 2 physical sims and I need to have active both of them. The issue seems to be very intermittent, happening few times a day. Usually gets resolved by disabling mobile data and enabling again. Switched Sim 2 to 4G/3G/2G only and left Sim 1 on 5G/4G/3G/2G, but still having issues with stable connection, so this 'fix' seems just partly resolved it (if all). The issue happened from day 1 so I wouldn't see a sense to delete network data or do factory reset again (won't do it). Hope they will issue some fix to that very soon, anyone else still experiencing this??

Yes exactly same issue here. I've tried toggling sim switch, manual network, ipv4 only and resetting network settings. Using 4G only and you can be sure the connection is dead within 2 hours. 5G seems to last a few hours more. Turning off mobile data and back on does not help, but turning wifi on and then off works. They need to fix this in september update or my phone is returning.
