Looks like the phone is out of region = EUY and some Czech provider.

When and where did you buy the S24? According to your screenshot, you haven't received any update since January 2024, nor do you have OneUI 6.1.
EUX/-/EUY/O2C is not even listed for update anywhere, a mix of EUX/EUY is unusual. Usually it's either EUX or EUY. O2C can be O2 carrier in UK

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S24 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
