Hi everyone

I have a Galaxy S24+ bluetooth issue

I simply wish to pair my phone with my laptop (dell XPS 15) - a simple process!

However, although the phone and laptop seem to pair, the phone then provides a message saying "Couldn't connect"

Any idea how I start looking into this? The phone connects to my car and other devices fine. Likewise, the laptop connects to other devices without issue.

Thanks in advance

It does sound like that one isn't speaking properly to the other which may turn be a setting in the Laptop @NealeC

It might also be advantageous to search for a forum of fellow dell laptop users too.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Maybe check the settings on each device. Perhaps one device is already connected to something? And make sure each device is turned ON when connecting. I hope it works!
