S23 vs s24 5g speed

Is the s24 5g speed any better or the same?

I will be using the s23 or s24 as a modem for home Internet, and I would need to know for certain which one is better.

Hi Pras, I think the difference would be minimal as the new Exynox chipset is pretty good compared to the older Exynox chipset, I think whichever phone you are going to have you will still be satisfied.

If it's the exynos version then don't get the S24 to use as a modem as the signal is worse.

Thanks. Have you tried it? Would the Exynos modem get better with firmware updates? I would have bought the S24 base model. I would prefer a phone with a x75 snapdragon though.

Well I'm currently using the S24 plus with the exynos modem and I've been comparing with my oneplus 11 using an X70 modem now they do trade blows with each other but when the exynos modem is worse it can be 15 - 20 dBm worse. whereas the X70 is only 10 dBm worse when not performing as well. Plus the oneplus is using a lebara sim card which I might have damaged slightly when putting it into the phone.

My samsung phone is using a Vodafone eSIM so I'm fairly confident the exynos is worse performing.

Lebara uses the vodafone network, so this would is a fair comparison. The s23 also uses the x70.
