Hello guys. Been using my s24+ for almost a month now and the battery is terrible. I already tried factory reset and wipe cache but still the battery drains a lot even if im not using it. I got 13% usage with 0 screentime which is very terrible. I almost set all apps to deep sleep and updated firmware to latest version. I even disabled AOD and my 4 yrs old xiaomi phone's battery life i would say is better which is ridiculous. Any suggestions?

Hi @KevinDP09
Can you use the phone from 💯 % to 15% and then in your Device Care Section under Battery screenshot all the apps using the screen grab feature, also including the phone's top status bar ,and put that in your thread so we can get a better handle with what's going on.
In the interim you could try Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
There is a diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members App.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

Hi @KevinDP09
I agree with @Piper123, the phone will still be using battery to keep all systems and services functioning.
I have the S24 Ultra and do not feel that its battery performance is terrible, but it is not as good as the S22 Ultra. My phone is getting something over a day. My S22 Ultra was getting over 2 days.
How long does a full charge last for you?
There have some posts related to battery performance after the latest update. It is possible that the latest update might have had some unoptimised code causing this. Of course, even if that was not the case, the phone only has had two updates, it is early days.
The more usage in the wild, the better to detect those specific issues that only arises when a critical mass is using the phone.
The diagnostics suggested by @BandOfBrothers is a good shout. The device care app on my phone does not report anything wrong.
Please, report the issue using the Members App. It could help finding solutions faster. On the Members App, tap the support tab and scroll down to Send feedback, error report.

I left the phone maybe for about 2hrs, no opened apps, not connected to wifi either then it uses up 13% battery as you can see on the picture i provided. I will try the suggestion of @BandOfBrothers and will share the results here.

I am not sure what this means but the battery is really bad imo. Tbh,i am using my old phone more than this new samsung device. And no, i do not use mobile data as i am always just at home working on weekdays. i use mobile data during weekends when i go out. But still my s24+ battery life is terrible. It drains a lot when not in use/offscreen wifi and mobile data turned off. Hope samsung can patch this soon.
