S24+ awful 50MP camera quality

Hi,

Do you now any special setting for the 50MP camera, what can improve the quality, please?

This AI ***** is awful, ruining every picture i make at 50MP. The intelligent optimisation is set to minimun, but unable to switch off. Tried the RAW camera app, does the same...

What is the point of the 50MP if the AI ruining every pictures? The reason i bought this phone is the strenght of the camera. Actually is the weekness of it 🤦‍♂️ Wanted to upgrade from the flip 12MP to a 50MP, but i think already regret it😞

I agree with you to an extent. The 50mp is seriously overprocessed to the point where the it looks completely different from the image you see captured on your screen. Samsung needs to fix this

I thinking it is engaging some night mode kind of settings. If you check my post there, the pictures changes ISO and speed creating weird colours.

This is something that will improve with future software updates.

Hopefully Samsung will rectify this issues soon. Already miss my s21 ultra .. best phone ever

If Samsung don't put a switch to turn off the intelligence optimisation your photos will still get ruined if you shoot on 50MP or 200MP. They kinda fix it on 12MP but not the rest

I Grew with the posts above, the intelligent optimisation currently makes anything over the 12MP camera pointless. 

The colours, and lack of detail at 50 MP and 200 MP is astounding after the "intelligent" optimisation takes place. 

Its so counterintuitive that you lose more detail at higher resolutions...

Nothing I can see so far, I've raisee multiple issues but Samsung support don't seem to acknowledge it as an issue...

All the same, this settings what i'm using. Actually my wife's Flip 4 takes better pictures. Even the 12MP camera is poor quality too 🤮🤬
