I recently returned a samsung s24 ultra 256 GB unlocked phone bought from samsung official website, and I got an email from Samsung saying return unsuccessful as we received an empty box. I had dropped it at fedex as the return instructions said and the box had the phone in it while packing.

Order Total:$1,102.99
I am not sure who to reach out now as I cant afford to lose those 1000 USD I spent on this phone. Please help.

Here we had a paid returns sticker ang bag to return it in, not sure what on your side? Did you pay extra for the return so has insurance ? Thats what I would have done, but again that what people do here
