RAM plus - automatically switched on

Hiya I have the S24+ and although I set RAM plus to off when I first got the phone I noticed yesterday it was set to on with maximum of 8 RAM selected. Obviously I turned this back to OFF but just a couple of questions, anyone know why this could have just switched to ON? Without me selecting it and also does RAM plus ON drain the battery faster? Thanks in advance you fab lot.

Possibly a glitch which allowed Ram+ to be activated. 

Some have said they believe having this turned on slowed down their phone. 

Personally I believe the phone is so good at Ram Management the feature of Ram+ isn't needed unless for some reason your using loads of Ram. 

The phone will auto manage what's being used and close down jnjsed apps to release Ram.

Most likely turned back on when you had an OS update.
