Raised heart rate activity missing samsung health

Hi all

Anyone have any idea why my raised HR might not be working on the health app? It is measured on my watch perfectly well but samsung health is not picking up th info for it. It is picking up everything else though ie steps, exercise, active calories but no blue heart for me! Has also lost all the way back to beginning of January. Please help!

Yes. But the blue 💙 is not showing data or heart rate, as if I don't move all day!

In the s health app check you have set targets for your activity if you go into the app click on the daily activity section then the three dotts in the right hand top corner then set targets. That may need changing not sure this will help but it's the only thing I can think of may have changed. Or it may be worth a reset and then reconnect. The old turn it off and back on again

Seems like it's just not communicating the info from the watch to the app so I'd say try a reset. Just backup your watch first. Stupid question when did you last restart or turn off your watch as I rarely do that also might help.

Mine 6 has done exactly the same,wiped it all from the beginning of January.....can't work out a fix

I tried a reset on my watch and uninstalled and reinstalled app,but hr still not showing on mine.

Annoying isn't it. I've contacted samsung. If I get an answer I'll pass it on!

I got one from them,but got totally confused what they wanted me to do.....I've now had to changed the blue to activity so I can close my heart,it wiped all mine from the beginning of January, so annoying x
